Your blog is excellent, explaining the importance of a learning environment to learning by reflecting on China’s education environment and your examples. As a student who has received Chinese education for ten years, I can well understand what it feels like to lose interest in studying. I’ve been told to learn hard and finish homework on time from a young age, and schoolwork gets more stressful as I get older. Over time, few people study for the love of learning while more people study to get into school and cope with parents. This learning environment does need to change, but it isn’t easy because the factors that create it are complex. In my opinion, rather than changing the environment, what is more important is how to arouse students’ thirst for knowledge in this environment and transform passive learning into active learning so that they will be interested in learning so as to find their learning methods
